About RLO Training

DAN-Training3

RLO Training was founded in 1985 in response to an immediate need for highly effective, industry-specific, and top quality training for automotive service professionals. RLO Training began offering workshops in 1988, and in 1991 Bottom-Line Impact Groups (BLIG) was created. BLIG provides auto repair shop owners with a continuous improvement process and a support network.

In 2004, RLO Training began instructor-led live automotive training online. This is not a recorded video: this is a live auto consultant speaking to multiple students in different locations. Over a decade of experience in this field of information delivery allows our expert automotive consultants to provide the same high quality and in depth auto repair shop training, be it online or in person.

Today, RLO Training is well known throughout the North American automotive service industry for cutting edge, industry specific training, auto consulting and products. Workshops and courses are constantly reviewed and updated to ensure relevancy and current industry trends. RLO Training is continuously researching and developing new ideas, products, and services to share in our automotive management training and service advisor training sessions.

While most of the coaching principles and teachings can be applied to any business, RLO Training specializes in the automotive repair industry. Auto shop owners come to RLO Training to become more efficient in their operations, more effective in their leadership and management, and more secure in their finances.
