What should you focus on as a business owner? We will cover what needs your attention. We will also cover the four types of time and elements of productivity and efficiency. Finally we will wrap up looking at how to improve gross profits in each income stream and how they effect net profits.

What is effective labor rate and why is it important? We will answer those questions and give you proven methods to improve your effective labor rate. We will also look at what your goal should be.
