As part of the Service Advisor Mastery Program, your Service Advisor will receive 12 months of intense coaching that will transform them into the best they can be.

This program includes:

• Enrollment in Service Advisor Skills and Advanced Selling Skills
• Three online group coaching sessions each month from our expert trainer
• A monthly online session with the shop owners
• Quarterly repair order audits
• Quarterly report cards to the shop owner
• 30 minute role-play calls between partners
• Advisors turn in monthly numbers for accountability
• Advisors will turn in and receive feedback on recorded calls

• How to present repairs in an understandable way
• How to follow up in a consistent manner
